I can't believe that we're already 2 weeks into the new year. It's been a very busy few weeks for me. I've had many reminders to take some time to relax and breathe. You would think that I should remember the importance of taking some time out, but I get caught up in all the busy-ness too. I'm thankful for the time I'm with clients because it's a great reminder for me to simply be present and breathe with you. All my busy-ness can wait!

Don't forget that Mindful Self-Loving continues the third Monday of each month. Yes, we're gathering tomorrow evening! January 17 at Eros in San Francisco at 6:30. Be sure to bring a large towel. We'll be focusing on practing how to edge - getting close to the point of ejaculation. Holy Rites - A New Workshop with Joseph Kramer

Join other embodied men for a weekend of erotic massage and erotic yoga at Wildwood Retreat.
